Towels — under the sink in the bathroom.

Water — on your nightstand, plus more in the fridge. Plenty of ice in the freezer.

Zentro runs a per-unit VLAN, so you won’t see other apartments’ devices.

• Overhead light and fan are on wall switches.
• Nightstand lamps are dimmable — twist the base.
• Everything else is automated; the controls at the top of this page let you tweak the vibe in your room.
• If something looks off and you just want lights ON: ask the Google Home Hub, “Hey Google, set Chill in the guest room.”

• Office Sonos volume is on the controls above.
• Other speakers: Living Room (Arc under TV), Kitchen/Bar, Bedroom, Entry, Record Player.
• To play: open the Sonos app on your phone, or say “Hey Google, play [song] in the living room.”

Ask any Google Home Hub:

“Hey Google, set a 10-minute timer.”

The timer shows on the nearest Hub (Kitchen, Bedroom, or Office) and chimes when it’s up.

The DeLonghi Rivelia on the counter does basically anything. Two bean hoppers swap on top — try both.

Operation: Turn the machine on, let it cycle through warm-up — don’t put a mug under until after. Then tap a profile, tap the drink, adjust if you want, press Start.

Mugs: cabinet above the machine.

Milk: carafe in the fridge. After every milk drink, rotate the dial on the carafe lid to “Clean” and press Start to run the auto-clean cycle — otherwise the next drink tastes off.

Tea & hot water: the machine makes plain hot water. Use the hot water spout (in the same slot the milk carafe goes into).

Yellow error? Give the drip tray a small nudge to the right.

The black countertop oven is a Tovala Smart Oven — steam + bake + broil + toast.

Quick mode pick:

• Reheat — leftovers
• Steam — fresh, moisture-sensitive food (fill the side reservoir first; it’ll prompt “Add Water” if not)
• Toast — bread/bagels, levels 1–5
• Bake — from-scratch (set temp + time)
• Scan — for Tovala Meals; scan the barcode on the box

Rack stays in the lowest position with curved edges down. Drain tray is at the front — slides out.

• Pool: 6am–midnight; quiet hours 10pm–midnight
• Gym (Athletic Club): 6am–midnight
• Grills + firepits: near the pool; midnight close
• Buzzing in: at the Spring St callbox, search by Zach’s last name + first initial, or use his last 4 of phone as a shortcut. He’ll answer and press 9 to unlock.

• Grocery: Publix on Piedmont, Whole Foods on Ponce
• Beltline access: entry is a short walk east
• MARTA: Midtown station is walkable
